Nobel

I presented my work to an idiot a while ago, and he won the Nobel Prize.

It wasn’t my work, it doesn’t have to do anything to do with me. I’m just saying the world is that small. It could have been someone else who listened to my presentation once. It could have been anybody.

5 years ago if you have said “you could have won a Nobel Prize, or you can” to my stupid advisor, he would have said something like “no that is stupid, and impossible”. Well, idiot, who was right?! Moron. It’s such a small world. You could have won that, you idiot. People more pathetic than you do.

capital city

Teheran is the worst capital city that I have seen. honestly don’t know why people brag about it. I haven’t seen any city as near ugly, dead, wild, and dirty as that sh-hole. It’s socking how people could be proud of such place.

There are many, many wonderful capital cities in the whole world. Clean, rich, and beautiful.

twilight

It makes me laugh when 40+ single Iranians or any nationality, say they are “boys and girls”. sweetie you are not a boy anymore. You are in reach for your twilight. The fact that you never felt you should get your life together before 40, and thought that “I am young, mommy and daddy support me emotionally and if I need money I can butcher innocent simple people who trust me, and I can continue the crappy life with no responsibilities I have” is YOUR FAULT. Not anyone else’s. Do not blame the third world country you are living in. It was your choice. I have seen many of you in real life. Until 50, these type of personalities chase after others, hurt people, stalk, abuse, and take no responsibilities. After 50, they come to their senses that they are lonely. Life is not a do-over. If you lived like a moron the first half of your life, it was your fault. Or it was your genes, or the way your mommy and daddy brought you up. It is time to take responsibility and fix the rest of your life. People understand when you blame everyone including the girls you abused. Some of them were your daughter’s age. Your life is a lesson to others.

All the wrong places

Not that this country is perfect, of course not, there are many problems to catch up with. But I love this country more than anywhere I have lived. I love the law and order here. I love the system, and the support they provide for their citizens. It feels good to be here.

Other countries have their pros and cons, but there is a certain peace here that I admire. I feel like I needed to be in those wrong places to be appreciative of what I will have in the future.

Universe, thank you!

the 3 residues

But that’s grad school. You take a tiny corner of the universe that a professor finds fascinating and bury your face in it, looking up only occasionally to steal unattended bagels.

At the end of two months, I felt ready to announce my discovery to the world. “Residues 103, 107, and 109 are unimportant!” I wanted to cry from the hilltops. “Unimportant!” But a journal article never quite coalesced, and I moved on to a different lab, and now exactly zero people know about my discovery—which, had I ended up publishing the results, would have been exactly the number of people who cared.

Surviving Your Stupid Stupid Decision to Go to Grad School

Adam Ruben

He is not wrong. In fact, he is totally right.

The distance

Beautiful things happen when you distance yourself from stupid people.

I Sooo believe in this. Like my man says, when you spend time on planning evil things, you fall behind from your dreams. Bullying, harassments, envying, is like a full time job.

Now imagine you’re the other side, and have to listen to these people, spend time on them and waste your life interpreting them.

Boy.

Weather

On Aug 30 and 31, the weather changed to a rainy, thunderstormy thing. Rainfall was remarkable. The temperature dropped about 7-9 degrees (C), and the wind started to convert to a ‘chill’ one.

On Sep 1, the temperature dropped even more and everything has been like a normal natural autumn weather.

Welcome to autumn.
